Shipping policy

Where we ship?

• Country: All serviceable Zip Codes via trusted partners.
• International: Select products and countries (DTP/DTU). Duties & taxes (if any) are payable by the recipient.

Dispatch timelines

• In-stock: 24–48 business working hours (Mon–Sat).
• Made-to-order / personalized: 7–12 business working days.

Delivery timelines

• Estimated dates are shown on product pages & at checkout based on your Zip Code.
• Metros: 12–15 business working days from dispatch; Non-metros: 14–18 business working days.

Shipping

• Prepaid/COD: 30$ shipping on all orders.

Order tracking

• Tracking link is shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email once dispatched.

Delays & exceptions

• Weather, local restrictions, festival congestion, or courier constraints may cause delays.
• If your address becomes temporarily unserviceable, we’ll offer alternatives or a refund.

Failed delivery & RTO

• Couriers make up to 3 attempts. If undelivered, the parcel returns to us (RTO).
• COD: Re-ship on request; repeated COD failures may restrict future COD.

Address changes

• Allowed before dispatch only. Post-dispatch changes aren’t guaranteed.

International orders

ETA typically 6–18 business working days (excluding customs). Duties/taxes are non-refundable. Returns are currently not supported for international orders except for damaged/incorrect items; handled case-by-case.
